How to make an order?

- Find the required product (s) in the catalog;
- To see detailed information about the product, click on the product image. Click on the “Add to cart” button if you want to immediately add the product to the cart;
- Select the required volume or color of the product, if such a choice is available;
- Click the “Add to cart” button while in the product card;
- If you want to continue shopping, you need to go back to the catalog and repeat the above steps;
If you have added all the necessary products to the cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the appropriate button below;
- Enter the required data and click “Continue”;
Choose one of the proposed delivery methods, click “Continue”;
- Check your order information. If necessary, make changes by returning to the necessary stages of creating an order;
- Click the “Proceed to payment” button, so you will confirm the correctness of the contact information provided, the composition of the order and agree to the terms of the Offer Agreement and Personal Data Processing;
- Your order has been completed. We will inform you about the change in the status of the Order by e-mail notification;
- Thank you for your purchase! If you have any problems, you can always contact us by email email@example.com.

How to pay for an order?
You can pay for your order online on the website in two ways:

- by bank / credit card
You can also choose a non-cash payment option for pickup / delivery by courier.
How quickly do you deliver the goods?
We try to dispatch the item within 24 hours from the moment of its registration.
Delivery of goods by courier on Gush Dan is carried out 48 hours from the date of purchase
Also, when placing an order, you can choose the option “Pickup”. In this case, we will contact you ourselves and agree on a convenient time for you.
How long can an order be kept if I do not have time to pick it up?
If, when placing an order, you have chosen the option “Pickup from the clinic”, we will contact you to clarify the details and the time suitable for you. If for some reason you can’t come – please contact us and we will definitely find a way out.
If you have chosen the payment method “upon receipt”, but did not come for the goods and do not get in touch, the reservation of the goods will be valid for you for another 48 hours or the moment of contact (whichever comes first).
Are your products original?
All products presented in the COSMEDOC online store and salon are original and have manufacturer’s certificates. We will gladly provide them upon your request, sent to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
